Fremont Bank
This jewel box building for a small local bank has been designed to incorporate an abundance of new technology.
An advanced multi-layer security system protects the building and monitor access to its upper levels.
Sculpted exterior vertical GFRC fins at the perimeter of each floor assist with controlling daylighting, heating and cooling of the building and the facades with the greatest solar exposure employ electrochromic glazing.
Arrays of exterior LED lighting illuminate and animate the skin of the building and its appurtenances. This feature is expected to delight the community during the holiday seasons and when a local sports team wins a championship - Go Dubs!
