Tiburon 01

Rising up from the beach and clinging to the cliff side, this home offers views of Angel Island and Racoon Strait from each of its living spaces, bedrooms and terraces. A dock and gangway allow for boat access via the Bay and, at the roof level a parking deck and garage provide a place to moor wheeled vehicles.

Several sets of stairs, exterior and interior, carry occupants through a series of vertical courts which begin at the street level and descend to the sandy shore of the Bay. Living spaces are double height and located at the upper levels of the home. Closer to the water on the lowest level, each bedroom has a private en suite bath, generous closet space, and a unique window arrangement to give the sense that the room is floating on the water.
